Joyce Fitzpatrick
Welcome to the webpage of Joyce Fitzpatrick, a qualified Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) facilitator based in Dublin, Ireland. With over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages, Joyce has witnessed the incredible power of nature to form connections, bring joy and calm, and inspire people to find their way.
Joyce is a graduate of Coventry University's STH program and has worked as an ecologist, activity coordinator, and nature journaler. She runs a STH practice called 'Inspired by Nature,' which is centrally located in Dublin and allows her to work in many parts of Ireland. As a botanist, gardener, artist, musician, activity coordinator, nature guide, lecturer, and workshop facilitator, Joyce offers a wide range of services to her clients.
Joyce's presentations, workshops, and outings are designed to promote the connection between individuals and nature, and help them discover the joy and calm that nature can bring. She is an ecotherapy champion, raising awareness of the importance of seasonality, sustainability, and biodiversity in our communities. Her work in training staff in propagation and cuttings has been invaluable to many, and her exhibitions have showcased the artistic potential of nature.
Joyce has recently joined as a registered member of the Association of Social Therapeutic Horticulture Facilitators in Ireland (ASTHFI), and she is committed to promoting the benefits of STH to individuals and communities across the country. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health, physical wellbeing, or social connections, Joyce is here to help. Get in touch today to learn more about her services or to book a consultation.
